
Megan Knoblauch, CPA, the Partner-In-Charge of RubinBrown’s Assurance Services Group in Kansas City, was awarded a Women to Watch award by the Missouri Society of CPAs (MOCPA). The award highlights the accomplishments of women in the accounting profession and demonstrates to emerging female leaders that success is not out of reach. Nominees were evaluated based on their demonstration of leadership, support of other professionals, community service, contributions to the profession, and creation and implementation of workplace improvements.
Megan has been practicing public accounting since 2006, primarily serving employee benefit plans and manufacturing and distribution companies. She specializes in all aspects of employee benefit plan audits, including 401(k) plans, pension plans, health and welfare plans and SEC Form 11-K filing requirements. Megan also has extensive experience with Taft-Hartley plans.
Megan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kansas and Missouri Society of CPAs, the Kansas City Manufacturing Network and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Organization.
She received a B.S., in accounting from the University of Kansas.
